Edtech 502 - Jigsaw Internet Search Activity
In this artifact, I created a jigsaw internet search activity. This activity includes a learner description section which describes the learner characteristics for this activity. The learners are assigned to expert groups where they will research an assigned animal of the savannah. Each group will then share with the rest of the class what they learned.
Through the use of the learner characteristics, I was able to create an instruction set that most appropriately matches their experiential background. Considering the learner's experiential background has helped me to create and adapt classroom instruction that is more appropriate and relevant to the learners.
